1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProfileVouch (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other official guidelines referenced herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.
2. Description of Services
ProfileVouch provides two core features designed around personal information management:
- Profile Creation: Tools to build professional, shareable digital profiles using information intentionally provided by you.
- Privacy & Data Control: Assistance in identifying and submitting available opt-out requests to selected data-broker and people-search directory websites.
Service Disclaimer: All services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for maximum accuracy and efficiency, we do not guarantee specific removal outcomes, as third-party broker websites operate independently with their own policies and processing timelines. Complete erasure from all internet sources cannot be guaranteed.
3. No Independent Verification
Unless ProfileVouch expressly states that a particular item has been independently verified through a separately described process, ProfileVouch does not independently verify the accuracy, authenticity, employment history, qualifications, identity, credentials, references, or other information submitted by customers.
Important: A ProfileVouch profile, badge, QR code, card, or PDF does not by itself constitute government identification, professional certification, employment verification, background screening, or independent confirmation of customer-submitted information.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of ProfileVouch, you explicitly agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when constructing your profile or requesting privacy cleanups.
- Use the Service strictly for lawful purposes and in full compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
- Refrain from attempting to breach, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your personal account credentials.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ProfileVouch to create, publish, distribute, or support:

ProfileVouch reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this section and to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
6. Privacy Cleanup Authorization
By requesting privacy or data-cleanup services, you represent that the personal information submitted relates to you or that you have legal authority to act for the relevant individual.
You may withdraw your authorization at any time by contacting support@profilevouch.com. Withdrawal will stop future processing but does not reverse requests already submitted to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform design elements, software code, branding, vector assets, and original content on the ProfileVouch website belong to ProfileVouch and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership over your personal photos and content, but may not reproduce or mirror platform software without explicit written permission.
8. Payment and Billing
- Service Fees: Applicable rates for profile hosting and opt-out requests are clearly listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable advance notice.
- Payment Processing: Payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge selected fees to your provided payment method.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any statutory sales or value-added taxes applicable to your transaction jurisdiction.
9. Recurring Billing and Subscriptions
For subscription services such as Privacy Care:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed recurring price and billing interval until cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support@profilevouch.com before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically reverse charges for services already provided, except where required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.
- If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
10. Cancellations and Refunds

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfileVouch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, reputation, or profits — arising out of your interaction with the Service or third-party search directories.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Regarding privacy control: ProfileVouch cannot guarantee absolute erasure of your identity from the entire web, as government records, offline databases, and non-compliant third parties remain outside our scope.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProfileVouch, its officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's legal rights.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to ProfileVouch at any time, with or without prior notice, in instances of terms violation, suspected impersonation, fraudulent activity, or unlawful conduct.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lokoja, Nigeria.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms periodically. Notice of material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of ProfileVouch following updates constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
